Join us for the 2023 Minority Developer Financing Forum!

The Builders of Color Coalition, African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP-NE), and Minority Developers Association (MDA) invite you to join us for the Minority Developer Financing Forum - a special, virtual symposium to expand access to knowledge about innovative financing options, and to connect minority developers with capital sources for their future deals.

Three financial institutions will talk through a financing product they offer that is tailored to the needs of real estate developers of color. Presenters will also discuss best practices and scenarios to obtain the financing they offer. Presenters will convene for a panel discussion to talk about non-traditional means of financing real estate development projects, and best practices to navigate the market ahead. 

Attending real estate professionals of color will have the option of purchasing an add-on ticket to schedule a 20-minute, 1-on-1 networking session with representatives of up to 2 participating financial institutions.
