The Builders of Color Coalition welcomes new Board Leadership to the organization for 2023-2024.
Assuming leadership of the Board of Directors is Taylor Pederson, Senior Business Development Manager at Neoscape. Pederson succeeds Dave Madan, Partner with Boston Investments, who founded the organization and served as chair for four years. Dave is shifting into a role as Treasurer for the Board, and will remain an integral part of the organization.

"Her energy and drive have pushed this organization forward and driven a lot of the ideas around what it means to do the work that we are trying to do, as well as what are the needs and resources that are critical to supporting developers. Her continued expertise will be invaluable as we build on the foundation that she helped create."

Taylor Pederson is a founding member of BCC, and previously served as the Vice President of Programs and Education with NAIOP Massachusetts. She is skilled in strategically developing long-term client relationships and helping to deliver inventive, cost-effective marketing solutions. As the Senior Business Development Manager at Neoscape, Taylor assists the sales team in driving new business and growth for the company. With 8+ years of experience leading operations, finances, and the execution of over 55 corporate events and educational programs annually before joining Neoscape. Projects achieved previously include growing membership through student initiatives, developing educational content for the NAIOP MA University Executive Leadership Institute, and launching the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Strategy and Mentorship Program. Taylor graduated from Simmons University with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Public Affairs.
In addition to the election of a new President to its Board of Directors, the Builders of Color Coalition welcomed new members to its Executive Committee. The new board and Executive Committee members were elected at the December Annual Meeting of the Builders of Color Coalition, effective January 1, 2023.
The Executive Committee is a diverse group that lends its expertise and insights to help guide the organization’s strategic initiatives and investments.
