The Builders of Color Coalition invites you to join us for the groundbreaking Ownership Opportunities Forum - a critical symposium on evaluating ownership stakes in commercial real estate ventures. This in-person event will feature presentations from national experts, and a panel discussion comprising middle-market and institutional investors and developers.

As inclusion standards in the real estate industry continue to grow, new opportunities are rapidly emerging for individuals of color to participate as both equity investors and joint venture partners – but assessing these opportunities can be challenging. The Ownership Opportunities Forum will convene industry experts to set frameworks for equitable, beneficial participation, and to prepare investors to engage as both general and limited partners in real estate projects.
