Land Access Forum

As key gatekeepers of the development process, state and city agencies play a substantial role in advancing access to land and projects in the commercial real estate industry. On June 2, 2020, a panel of senior government leaders presented their work to implement diversity requirements in land disposition and share the upcoming projects and land parcels they will be offering. The event featured the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), Boston Department of Neighborhood Development (DND), MA Department of Transportation (MassDOT), MA Department of Capital Asset Maintenance & Management (DCAMM), and MA Port Authority (Massport).
