DEVELOPING TOGETHER: Best Practices in Real Estate Joint Venture Partnerships — Tue 11/10/2020

The Builders of Color Coalition (BCC), African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP-NE), and Minority Developers Association (MDA) co-hosted a groundbreaking forum showcasing recent real estate development projects with co-ownership interest. Partners discussed the origins, core strategies, challenges, and lessons of their work together. Moderated breakout discussions allowed attendees to interact with presenters and one another throughout the event.

Interested attendees were able to register for 20-minute, 1-on-1 virtual 'Coffee Chats' for follow-up networking with industry leaders.

The event welcomed special guest Mayor Martin J. Walsh.
