On Thursday, March 4th, the Builders of Color Coalition will host a groundbreaking forum showcasing recent projects utilizing real estate development to advance community interests.

Developing a Greater Boston will highlight opportunities for developers to help build vibrant, healthy, resourced neighborhoods.  Special attention will be paid to how traditional mechanisms of site control, acquisition, financing, and permitting can be adapted to fit community development models.  The forum will be primarily geared towards real estate developers seeking to expand the scope and mission of their work.
