Introducing new BCC Board Members, Jill Lacey Griffin (Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion of Accordia Partners) and Marie Morisset (Founding Partner of Morisset Real Estate).

Appointed to the Builders of Color Coalition Board in September 2022 both new Board members will attend their first full board meeting in November.

Jill Lacey Griffin:

As Vice president of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Accordia Partners, Jill leads DEI efforts for Dorchester Bay City, a 6.48 million square feet mixed-use real estate development, including advancing, developing, and executing inclusive programs for diverse vendor identification and preparation, contract allocation, and providing leadership on initiatives related to workforce training, community education, and outreach.

Marie Morisset:

As a Founding Partner of Morisset Real Estate, Marie has successfully managed the end-to-end operations including acquisitions, financing, design, renovation, development, leasing, and dispositions for Morisset Real Estate. Her overall professional background expands concurrently 20 years across the financial services, management consulting, health care, and information technology sectors.
